TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract is intended to prepare, carry out and operate a combined analysis of counts and surveys on cross-border traffic within the scope of the Trinational Eurodistrict of Basel (TEB). The traffic counts and surveys cover 47 distinct cross-border transversal sections located across the territories of France, Switzerland and Germany (FR/CH/DE), for several modes of transport. The contract is divided into firm services (WP 1 to WP 7: baseline study, survey plan, carrying out the counts and surveys, data processing, bilingual French/German reports and project management), as well as any additional services (PSE 1 to 5).
