TENDER DESCRIPTION

CEA plans the construction of an extension building for an existing installation at the Valduc center. In order to ensure the perfect preparation of the selected site, CEA wishes, through the contract subject to this notice, to carry out the necessary preparatory works for the development of the construction area. These works correspond to the following services: - The development of the construction site area; - The removal and rerouting of existing networks in the area; - The redevelopment of the embankment located on the building adjacent to the future building, including the removal of existing structures; - The construction of the platform for the future building and the future living quarters for the work phase; - The evacuation on site of excess excavation materials; - The installation of all necessary networks (including Wastewater, Industrial Water, Drinking Water, Infrastructures for High and Low Industrial Currents).
