The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit prices. Financing arrangements: GBA budget. Without any minimum annual amount — maximum annual amount: 150,000 euro(s) excluding tax. No financial guarantee clause is provided. An advance of 10% will be paid under the conditions set out in the contract. The prices are revised annually under the conditions of the special administrative clauses.
