TENDER DESCRIPTION
This single-award framework agreement, relating to the Saint-Lazare station hub, aims to: • Conduct technical studies at the opportunity and feasibility study level on the intermodal area; • Develop development scenarios for the intermodal hub; • Draft a Main Objectives and Characteristics (DOCP) file which will then allow IDFM to conduct a consultation and its assessment; • Support Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM) throughout the duration of the contract and assist it in coordinating and managing the ongoing studies.
