TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services expected from the contractor: - Carry out preparatory studies for the operations, in particular extension, reinforcement, diversion (realignment), bandwidth de-saturation, and clearing/“effacement” of the network. These studies will be based on the records for completed works that Charente numérique has available, and on any other description of network works provided in the network reference database operated by LFNA. - Construct the works and the operations to be implemented for carrying out the operations, in particular extension of the network, reinforcement, diversion (realignment), bandwidth de-saturation, and clearing/“effacement” of the works. - Provide the final technical documentation (DOE), fully qualifying the works carried out under this contract, and supplying all information necessary to the contracting authority’s delegate for the operation and commercialisation of these works. - Handling connection failures, in particular those attributable to blockage of the civil engineering works for feeder/feeder ducting, or the absence of feeder infrastructure on the segment between the optical branch connection point and the optical termination point (example:…
