TENDER DESCRIPTION

The expected master plan for collective wastewater sanitation will be a genuine management and multi-year programming tool for the REPV. It must make it possible to identify and pinpoint any malfunctions and inadequacies of the collection networks and treatment facilities, as well as the improvements to be made and the solutions that can be considered, in order to ensure a coherent and sustainable wastewater sanitation system across the territory of each commune, and possibly to consider intercommunal interconnections where feasible. The study is divided into 6 phases: - Phase 1: Inventory and data collection, - Phase 2: Measurement campaigns and on-site investigations, - Phase 3: Precise identification of anomalies and malfunctions in the network, - Phase 4: Assessment of the operation of the sanitation system — diagnostics, - Phase 5: Preparation / updating of sanitation zoning “collective/non-collective” and public inquiry dossiers, - Phase 6: Construction of the Master Plan.
