TENDER DESCRIPTION

The expected master plan for the collective sanitation of wastewater will be a genuine management and multi-year planning tool for the REPV, which must make it possible to identify and pinpoint any malfunctions and inadequacies in the collection networks and treatment works, as well as the improvements to be made and the solutions that can be considered, in order to have a coherent and sustainable sanitation system across the territory of each municipality, and possibly to consider inter-municipal interconnections where possible. The study is divided into 6 phases: - Phase 1: Inventory and data collection, - Phase 2: Measurement campaigns and on-site investigations, - Phase 3: Precise identification of anomalies and malfunctions in the network, - Phase 4: Assessment of system operation - diagnosis, - Phase 5: Development and/or update of sanitation zoning “collective/non-collective” and public inquiry dossiers, - Phase 6: Construction of the Master Plan.
