TENDER DESCRIPTION

The present framework agreement concerns the production, retransmission, and live or delayed broadcasting of events captured on video and videoconference management. This is a framework agreement within the meaning of articles R. 2162-2 and following of the Public Procurement Code concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement will be executed partly through the conclusion of subsequent contracts and partly through the issuance of purchase orders in accordance with article R2162-3 of the Public Procurement Code.
