TENDER DESCRIPTION

Disposal + Recycling Zurich (ERZ) would like to implement a new, interactive education centre focused on the topics of circular economy and water protection at the Hagenholz site. The education centre (working title) is intended to show and make tangible what ERZ in general does for the city of Zurich, and in particular in the areas of the environment, the circular economy and water protection. The focus should be on imparting practice-oriented knowledge to visitors and encouraging changes in behaviour in the areas of waste / circular economy and water protection. The rough concept provides for an interactive, modern and modularly adaptable education centre. One part of the education centre (ground floor) is to be designed as a city walk. It will showcase ERZ’s diverse services for a liveable Zurich and convey knowledge relating to the circular economy, rainwater management and water protection. The second part (upper floor) guides visitors through an exemplary city of Zurich apartment and shows what scope for action visitors themselves have to contribute to a liveable Zurich.
