TENDER DESCRIPTION

The supplier of the parking guidance system is primarily responsible for the entire construction measure. It arranges and coordinates regular meetings to which the respective parties are invited. It must prepare minutes of meetings and send them to all involved parties immediately. This is to be included in the unit prices. Costs for meetings will not be reimbursed separately. The overall services, including test operation, must be completed by 15.04.2027. The system will then run in normal operation for a further 2 weeks. After that, acceptance can be carried out. If the specified completion date cannot be achieved, the contractor (AN) must inform the contracting authority (AG) in good time.
