TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the contract, the service provider will prepare a proposal for energy-saving measures. The implementation of energy-saving measures within the meaning of this contract includes the following actions: • preparation of design documentation and ensuring any further activities to obtain building permits for the implementation of the energy-saving measures, if, according to the bidder’s offer, they are necessary with regard to the proposed measures and if the required documents have not been provided by the contracting authority; • all engineering activities, in particular handling the formalities associated with obtaining the building permit; • preparation of detailed (implementation) design documentation for the implementation of the energy-saving measures; • supply and installation of the proposed energy-saving measures “turnkey”; • energy management (services including continuous monitoring and evaluation of achieved energy savings) for the duration of the contractual relationship, including verification of the installed equipment.
