TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the contract, the service provider will prepare a proposal for energy-saving measures. Implementation of energy-saving measures within the meaning of this contract includes the following activities: • preparation of design documentation and provision of other activities to obtain building permits for the implementation of the energy-saving measures, if, according to the tender of the participant and with regard to the proposed measures, they are necessary and if the required documents have not been provided by the contracting authority, • all engineering activities, in particular dealing with matters related to obtaining a building permit, • preparation of detailed design documentation for the implementation of the energy-saving measures, • delivery and installation of the proposed energy-saving measures “turnkey”, • energy management (services including continuous monitoring and evaluation of the achieved energy savings) for the duration of the contractual relationship, including inspection of the installed equipment.
