TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a works contract in accordance with the Contractual Conditions for the Construction of Works on Buildings and Engineering Works of the type designed by the Employer in accordance with FIDIC RED BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, issued in the Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) in 2017, and other documents forming part of the works contract. The subject of performance of the Public Contract is construction work within the implementation of the Works, including in particular activities pursuant to Article 4.2.4 of the Tender Documentation. A complete list of the constructed construction objects within the Public Contract is provided in Annex No. 7 to the Tender Documentation.
