TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the award of a contract for works in accordance with the Contractual Conditions for the Construction of Civil Engineering and Building Works designed by the Employer in accordance with FIDIC RED BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, issued in Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) in 2017, and other documents forming the contract for works. The subject of performance of the Public Contract consists of construction works within the implementation of the Work, in particular including activities pursuant to Article 4.2.4 of the Procurement Documents. The complete list of construction objects implemented within the Public Contract is provided in Annex No. 7 to the Procurement Documents.
