Implementation of the citizens’ budget: “Forest square By the Agora” under the “design and build” formula. 1. The subject of the contract is: preparation of a design and execution of works, under the “design and build” system, concerning the implementation of the citizens’ budget: “Forest square By the Agora”. The subject of the contract includes: a) preparation of design documentation (Stage I), b) execution of construction works together with accompanying works (Stage II), c) preparation of as-built documentation. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract has been defined in: – Annex No. 1 – Description of the subject of the contract (Functional and Utility Programme) together with the annex – Annex No. 2 – Draft provisions of the contract.
