TENDER DESCRIPTION
Description of the subject matter of the contract: 1. The subject matter of the contract is the execution of construction works entitled: Implementation of PINB decision, ul. Matejki 13a A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ – Bill of Quantities, STWiORB. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a quality guarantee for the works which are the subject matter of the contract for a period of 60 months, counting from the day following the day of the protocol-based acceptance without reservations of the whole of the contract subject matter, carried out under the conditions specified in the Terms of Reference (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia).
