TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the execution of supplies under the “Civil Protection and National Defence Programme for 2025-2026”. The subject of the contract has been divided into 7 parts: PART I Delivery of stretchers and protective cover. The subject of the contract under Part I of the contract is the delivery of: 1) two-piece bucket stretchers for transporting injured persons - 1 pc, 2) protective cover for the stretchers - 1 pc. The Contracting Authority requires that the delivered items are factory-new (unused), complete, operational, not encumbered by the rights of third parties, free from physical and legal defects, approved for circulation, and fully meet the technical and quality requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract. The bucket stretchers are intended for extraordinary situations - in the air, over the sea, and in hard-to-reach places. They must be durable and flexible, and have a set of accessories that enables rescuers to use them very widely and quickly; they must be equipped with special carrying straps that make them suitable for suspension and transport by helicopter.
