TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the implementation of an information campaign for the Global Entrepreneurship Week in Małopolska in 2026. 2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex No 1D to the tender documentation (swz); it will be introduced as Annex No 2 to the public procurement contract. 3. The conditions for performance of the contract are included in the draft contractual provisions for the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract—the contract template—and constitute Annex No 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 4. Under the contract, the Contractor shall be required to transfer to the Contracting Authority the proprietary copyright (economic) rights to materials created as part of performance of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the contract template. 5.
