TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the outdoor campaign for the World Entrepreneurship Week in Lesser Poland (ŚTPwM) 2026. 2. The main elements of the contract will include: adapting the graphic design of the ŚTPwM poster to printing requirements, printing, installation and display of advertising on media such as citylight and digital indoor. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex No 1D to the swz and will be introduced as Annex No 1 to the contract for the public procurement. 4. The conditions for performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the contract for the public procurement, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract — the contract template — and constitute Annex No 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 5. Pursuant to the provisions resulting from Article 95 of the Act, the Contracting Authority specifies that it does not require the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities within the scope of performance of the contract. 6.
