TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the “Conducting an international quantitative survey using the CAWI method (Computer-Assisted Web Interview) in 12 countries (divided into 2 geographical packages), concerning the migration potential and information needs of nationals of third countries within the project entitled ‘Increasing potential and knowledge in the field of ethical recruitment and promoting regular channels of labour migration to Poland in response to labour market needs’, contract no.: FERS.04.10-IP.06-0001/24, financed from the funds of the programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Rozwoju Społecznego 2021-2027 (FERS)’ 2. Pursuant to Article 310 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure for awarding a contract if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 3.
