Execution of construction and installation works necessary for the adaptation/redevelopment of the Malt Warehouse (Spichrz Mączny) and the Mill space of Spichrza Mącznego and the Mill, together with the performance of author’s supervision / STAGE 2 Spichrz Mącznego Building The subject of the contract is: Execution of construction and installation works necessary for the adaptation/redevelopment of the Malt Warehouse (Spichrz Mączny) and the Mill space of Spichrza Mącznego and the Mill, together with the performance of author’s supervision / STAGE 2 – Spichrz Mącznego Building. Construction works related to the contract as described above must be carried out in accordance with: technical documentation, the building permit, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works, applicable provisions of law, in particular with the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 – Construction Law. (Journal of Laws 2021 item 2351, as amended) and the principles of technical knowledge. The buildings of the Centre for Science and Culture “Młyny Rothera” are entered in the register of historic monuments.
