Execution of construction works: “Reconstruction of the existing municipal road (DG 374013T) – Chwałecka Street” The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of a road with an asphalt surface, the construction of pavements and entrances/driveways from concrete blocks, in accordance with the design documentation made available by the Contracting Authority and the information from the Contracting Authority regarding the preparation of the tender. The project being carried out is co-financed with funds from the Rządowy Fundusz Rozwoju Dróg. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided by: technical documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works — constituting Appendix No 9 to the SWZ (Technical Documentation) — and the draft contract constituting Appendix No 8 to the SWZ. The schedules of the main construction works have been provided in the bills of quantities.
