TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution of construction works for the task entitled: “Renovation of the municipal road No. 374005T (ul. Batalionów Chłopskich) from km 0+000 to km 0+280”. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the renovation of the road and sidewalk surfaces of Batalionów Chłopskich Street in Sandomierz, together with securing existing underground and above-ground technical infrastructure in accordance with the design documentation made available by the Contracting Authority. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified by: technical documentation and the technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works — constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ (i.e. Technical Documentation) — and the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. The schedules of the main construction works are provided in the bills of quantities. The above schedules (individual bill-of-quantities items) are merely auxiliary in pricing the value of the works by the Contractor.
