Service for conducting consultations with a physician specialising in otorhinolaryngology for administrative employees of the Poznań University of Life Sciences. The subject of the contract is to conduct medical consultations with a physician specialising in otorhinolaryngology (hereinafter: an ENT specialist) for administrative employees of the Poznań University of Life Sciences (project participants).
