TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) The subject of the contract is the provision of specialised social services consisting in the provision of care services including assistance in meeting everyday life needs, hygienic care, nursing care prescribed by a doctor, and ensuring contacts with the person’s surroundings, provided by actual carers or in the form of: neighbourhood services, care services, at the place of residence, specialised care services at the place of residence, or daily forms of care services for project participants, in an hourly scope specified at the stage of project planning. The scope of the contract includes the following types of services: PART/TASK NO 1: care services 1. Care services – up to 3090 hours The contractor’s tasks in the scope of care services in particular include: 1) Meeting everyday life needs in particular: a) preparing and/or providing meals and assisting in their consumption; b) stoking the stove, bringing coal, water, etc.; c) arranging doctor’s visits; d) purchasing medicines, monitoring the taking of medicines, procedures ordered by a doctor; e) purchasing groceries and other items necessary for the household; f) motivating the person receiving care to independence in…
