1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of printing service and delivery of the tourist guide entitled “Małopolska in eco rhythm”. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for performing the contract are included in the draft provisions of the contract for the public contract, which will be incorporated into the contract for the public contract – the contract template, Appendix No. 1C to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority, pursuant to the directive arising from Article 95 of the Act, determines that it does not require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor under an employment relationship persons performing activities within the scope of performance of the contract, consisting in performing work in a manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, as amended). 1.
