TENDER DESCRIPTION

Performance of the cleaning service for the building and adjacent area. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service involving: 1) comprehensive cleaning of the building located at ul. Franowo 26 in Poznań, 2) cleaning of the adjacent area, maintenance of greenery (mowing the grass and raking leaves), periodic fertilisation of the lawn, as well as snow removal and de-icing of the surface in the winter period, 3) periodic washing of windows and glass elements of the façade (2 times per year). 2. The Contracting Authority requires that, in performing this contract, the Contractor employs, on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code, at least in respect of activities related to the provision of the service under the so-called daily service (full-time equivalent), throughout the entire contract performance period. 3. The works must be carried out in accordance with applicable legal provisions in this regard and with the procurement documents.
