Description of the subject matter of the contract for Part 1 - Reconstruction of the district heating substation at ul. Stodolna 3F in Barlinek and construction of connections and five individual heating substations, to be carried out in the “design and build” formula: The description of the subject matter of the contract has been included in Annex No 10 – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ) for Part 1, which consists of the Functional and Utility Programme as well as the contract template, which constitutes Annex No 9 to the SWZ.
