Performance of own tasks in the field of population affairs and civil defence under Part II “Logistics security and ensuring continuity of supply” by purchasing 6 storage containers The subject of the contract is the delivery of 6 storage containers for the needs of the Gmina Gostynin. The delivery item must be brand new (unused), complete, functional, not encumbered with the rights of third parties, free from physical and legal defects, permitted for trading, originally packaged by the manufacturer, from current production, which fully meets the technical and quality requirements, and also has all necessary approvals and certificates, including ECX2 certificates and the CE mark. Required warranty: minimum 48 months. The warranty is a criterion for selecting the bid. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
