Performance of the task entitled “Construction of an external lift, a ramp and a stair platform (...) ” carried out as part of the project “Dostępny AWF Wrocław. Wiedza, Sport, Sukces bez barier” 1. The subject matter of the contract is “Performance of the task entitled ‘Construction of an external lift, a ramp and a stair platform for the P2, P3 buildings of the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Wrocław (Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego im. Polskich Olimpijczyków we Wrocławiu)’ carried out as part of the project ‘Dostępny AWF Wrocław. Wiedza, Sport, Sukces bez barier’”. 2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ (specification of the contract conditions) and in the appendices that form an integral part of the SWZ, in particular in accordance with Appendix No 2 to the SWZ Technical documentation, of which the integral part is the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, and Appendix No 3 to the SWZ Contract template specifying the scope and conditions for performance of the subject matter of the contract.
