TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Determination of the subject: 1.1. The subject of this procedure is the delivery, installation and configuration of equipment and devices as well as furnishings for the Kuryłówka Municipal Office. The performance of the task consists in combining several of its elements, which due to its specificity are divided into the listed element of the entire task and, additionally, into a separate procedure taking part in the task, however not being carried out under this procedure. The listed parts constitute a whole divided into exactly 5 parts, for which tenders may be submitted. The furniture includes: 1) ergonomic chairs 2) equipment for 2 coffee corners in the furniture 3) office furniture for the project office 4) footrests. 1.2. The supplied equipment and work software should be delivered, installed, commissioned and configured. This also applies to any electrical equipment, as well as to furniture and equipment.
