TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the reception, sorting, transport and processing of bulky items arising from collections carried out by the member municipalities of SMED in the Cannes sector. Bulky items are mainly bulky objects and waste which come in particular from bulky-item collections arranged by appointment by the municipal or inter-municipal technical services in the SMED area, or via voluntary drop-off points, illegal dumps collected on public roads, and undesirable rejects from the SMED treatment outlets (Centre de Valorisation Organique (CVO) du Broc and ISDND of the SPL “Vallon des Pins”). The place for receiving the bulky items and the processing site will be designated by the contractor in Appendix 1 to the technical report (response framework) submitted when the tender is submitted.
