TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Stein is working in the Nieuwdorp district on restructuring and making it more sustainable. The municipality wants to redesign and green the public space and redevelop the area around the church and school. To this end, designs have been prepared for the 3 sub-areas. At the same time, work by third parties will take place within the district at the location of the dwellings, which means that careful planning is required. Because of the interweaving of roads and underground structures, the municipality wishes to appoint 1 executing party for the civil engineering works for this project. The contract will be awarded in the form of a framework agreement. The attached designs will be elaborated in detail by third parties, after which sub-assignments will be issued.
