TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement procedure used is the open adapted procedure, subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The services are paid by a lump sum global price according to the stipulations of the commitment act. Prices are adjustable. The lump sum global amount is deemed to include all the costs necessary for carrying out the services covered by the contract. Prices mentioned excluding VAT are understood as all taxes included except VAT. The contract starts from its notification for a duration up to the end of the perfect completion guarantee period of the works. The preparation period is not included in the estimated execution time of the works of 19 weeks. The execution time of the works starts from the sending of the service order issued by the project management. The consultation includes environmental execution conditions detailed in the specifications. The contract provides for the possibility of subsequently awarding the contractor one or more contracts for similar services.
