TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement procedure used is the open adapted procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The services are paid at a fixed global price according to the provisions of the commitment act. Prices are subject to revision. The global fixed amount is deemed to include all costs necessary for the execution of the services covered by the contract. Prices mentioned excluding VAT are understood to include all taxes except VAT. The contract starts from its notification for a period lasting up to the end of the perfect completion guarantee period of the works. The preparation period is not included in the estimated execution time of the works, which is 19 weeks. The execution periods of the works start from the sending of the service order issued by the project management. The consultation includes environmental execution conditions detailed in the specifications. The contract provides for the possibility of subsequently awarding the holder of the contract one or more contracts aimed at carrying out similar services.
