TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting procedure used is an open tailored procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The services are paid for by a lump-sum global price in accordance with the provisions of the letter of undertaking (acte d'engagement). Prices are subject to revision. The lump-sum global amount is deemed to include all costs necessary for carrying out the services that are the subject of the contract. The prices stated as VAT exclusive (H.T.) mean all taxes included except VAT. The contract begins on the date of its notification for a period extending until the end of the period for the guarantee of perfect completion of the works. The preparation period is not included in the estimated construction timeframes of 19 weeks. The construction timeframes begin upon sending the works order (ordre de service) issued by the project management (maîtrise d'oeuvre). The consultation includes detailed environmental execution conditions in the tender specifications (cahier des charges).
