TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract to be awarded is the collection, transport and recycling within the meaning of § 3 para. 25 of the Act to Promote Circular Economy and Ensure Environmentally Compatible Waste Management (Circular Economy Act - KrWG) of the quantities of paper, cardboard, and cartons separately collected in the city area of Chemnitz (hereinafter referred to as the PPK fraction). The PPK fraction is collected in the framework of the obligation pursuant to § 20 para. 1, 2 KrWG in a curbside and bring-in system - quantitative range of a maximum of approx. 12,500 tonnes to a minimum of approx. 8,000 tonnes during the contract period
