TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement is the provision of licences for the right to use and maintenance of the Red Hat software product for the needs of the National Social Security Institute, namely 5 licences of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (Bare Metal Node), Standard (1–2 Sockets), valid until 15.11.2029. *** The participant shall be a person duly authorized by the software manufacturer or by its official representative for the granted right to distribute/supply the proposed software products on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The participant in the public procurement proves its compliance with the stated requirement by applying an authorization letter or another equivalent document issued by the manufacturer or its official representative in the Bulgarian language, or accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian in its Technical Proposal. *** The requirements for the performance of the public procurement are described in detail in the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification – Annex No 1.
