TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement includes the provision of installation, configuration, preventive and corrective maintenance services, and supervision of the entire IT system and network infrastructure of the Contracting Authority. The services relate to all existing system components and include the following units: 1. Client and peripheral equipment: This unit includes installation, configuration, regular maintenance and monitoring services for existing desktop and laptop computers and the associated peripheral devices, including printers, scanners and multifunction devices. The Contractor is required to carry out regular annual preventive inspection of all equipment according to the Contracting Authority’s equipment list. The annual inspection is mandatory and must include inspection and updating of the operating system and applications, checking security settings, and software and system cleaning of the computers at least once a year. 2. Server infrastructure, storage and system integrations: This unit includes maintenance, configuration and monitoring of physical and virtual servers located at the Contracting Authority’s premises (on-premises).
