TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The maximum amount is EUR 1,500,000 excluding tax (HT) for each year. The details of the phasing of the operation are set out in the specification document (cahier des charges). The services are paid for using unit prices and lump-sum prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include similar services envisaged. Carrying out diagnostics to reduce housing vulnerability to the flood risk, assistance with assembling the funding applications and monitoring the funding files, and other actions to achieve the objectives and deploy the scheme, in particular in terms of communication (ongoing information, awareness-raising, sending letters, organising a public meeting, events, etc.).
