TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is an ordinary contract remunerated by application of an adjustable fixed lump-sum price. The present public contract is concluded from the date of its notification until the expiry of the guarantee period for perfect completion or until the lifting of the final reservation, if the handover includes such reservations. The estimated duration for the performance of all services is 20 weeks (excluding the 12-month guarantee for perfect completion), not including a preparation period of up to 6 weeks, by derogation from Article 28.1 of the CCAG-Works. The start date for the services on 01/01/2027 is for information purposes only. No loting is planned given the nature of the services, which does not allow the identification of distinct services and does not justify such lotting, which, if applicable, would be likely to restrict competition and make the performance of the services technically more difficult and financially more costly. The contracting authority may award the contract holder, in application of Articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code, one or more new contracts having as their purpose the performance of similar services.
