TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is an ordinary contract remunerated by the application of a revisable lump-sum global price. This public contract is concluded from the date of its notification until the expiry of the guarantee period for perfect completion (parfait achèvement) or until the lifting of the last reserve, if the acceptance is subject to such reserves. The estimated duration for carrying out all services is 20 weeks (excluding the 12-month guarantee period for perfect completion), not including a maximum 6-week preparation period, by way of derogation from Article 28.1 of the CCAG-Works. The start date of the services on 01/01/2027 is for information only. No division into lots is planned having regard to the nature of the services, which does not allow distinct services to be identified and does not justify such allotment, which, if applicable, would be likely to restrict competition and would make the performance of the services technically more difficult and financially more costly.
