This procurement procedure concerns the complete refurbishment of the waterproofing of the flat roof of the "LYAUTEY" residence located at 2 to 10, rue Louis-Hubert Lyautey in COURBEVOIE (92400). The contract concerns the flat roof of the residence, comprising as follows: - a flat roof with an area of approximately 850 m², - upstands around the perimeter representing approximately 245 linear metres. These works are the property of the Contracting Authority.
