The contract has a provisional duration of 24 months, excluding the warranty period. The execution period is a maximum of 12 months, also excluding the warranty period, starting from the date of notification of the contract. The provisional start date for the services is the end of November 2026. The contract concludes with the completion of the services and the settlement of the financial balance. There is no decomposition into tranches or phases planned for this contract. However, there are several payment milestones: 5% after engine assembly, 10% at the start of hull works, 10% at the start of wheelhouse works, 10% at the start of passenger lounge and aft platform works, 5% at the end of hull works, 5% at the end of wheelhouse works, 5% at the end of passenger lounge and aft platform works, 10% after completion of tests, training, and commissioning, and a final payment of 5% upon admission.

The core scope of work for this tender, focused on the refurbishment and re-motorization of the vessel "LES DEUX RIVES", includes the following key areas:

1. Studies & Conception: This involves certifications, regulatory documentation, and all necessary documentary work for the refit, encompassing plan approval by the class, issuance of the definitive freeboard certificate, provision of "as-built" general plans, a stability report, documentation for equipment operation and maintenance, and administrative procedures with Maritime Affairs for definitive navigation titles.

2. Remotorization: This covers the supply and installation of new propulsion engines and their auxiliaries, commissioning, demonstration of proper functioning at quay and during navigation. It also includes homologation by state services, validation by Bureau Veritas, and a minimum two-year warranty on the entire propulsion system.

3. Electrical Architecture: The existing electrical system will be brought into compliance with current regulations. This includes studies, equipment supply, installation, commissioning, and validation.

4. Aft Platform Redesign and Bicycle Racks: This entails the modification of the aft platform and the creation of bicycle parking areas, as part of the overall rearrangement of the passenger lounge and aft platform.

5. Wheelhouse Refurbishment: This specifically details the redesign or enlargement of the wheelhouse towards the aft.

6. Documentary and Administrative Work: This includes comprehensive documentation required for the refit and all associated administrative procedures.

7. Delivery, Commissioning, Trials, Training & Service Entry: This encompasses the final stages of project completion, including delivery, initial setup, testing, personnel training, and the ultimate operational launch of the vessel.

Additionally, the tender includes mandatory optional supplementary services (Prestations supplémentaires éventuelles obligatoires - PSE) to be quoted:

• PSE 1: Increase in Anti-Drift Surface (Keel Modification): This aims to improve the vessel's course stability and reduce wind-induced drift by increasing the keel surface to approximately 4m².
• PSE 2: Salon Fit-out (Partitions and Doors): This involves the installation of partitions and doors within the passenger salon.
• PSE 3: Salon Fit-out (Insulation and Lifejacket Lockers): This includes providing insulation and fitting lifejacket lockers in the passenger salon.

The market is concluded as a fixed-price, single contract, not allowing for decomposition into distinct services or phases. The provisional duration of the market is 24 months (excluding warranty), with an execution period of a maximum of 12 months (excluding warranty) from the notification date.
