The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract Start Date: The contract starts from the date of notification.
• Total Duration: The provisional duration of the contract is 24 months, excluding the warranty period. It concludes with the completion of services and the financial settlement.
• Execution Period: The maximum execution period is 12 months, excluding the warranty period, also commencing from the contract's notification.
• Key Milestones/Phases (Payment Milestones):
• 5% after validation of design studies.
• 15% after ordering the engines, upon justification.
• 10% after delivery of the engines.
• 5% after installation of the engines.
• 10% at the commencement of hull works.
• 10% at the commencement of wheelhouse works.
• 10% at the commencement of passenger lounge and aft platform works.
• 5% at the completion of hull works.
• 5% at the completion of wheelhouse works.
• 5% at the completion of passenger lounge and aft platform works.
• 10% after the completion of tests, training, and commissioning.
• Final payment of 5% upon admission.

• Conformity to applicable standards for materials and equipment.
• Certifications or labels attesting to the quality of suppliers or products.
• Environmental certifications or labels.
• Electronic signature certificates must conform to the eIDAS regulation and the French decree of April 12, 2018, related to electronic signatures in public procurement.
• Works and modifications must be realized to the satisfaction and validation of Bureau Veritas.
