TENDER DESCRIPTION
This workstream covers painting and decorating works delivered as part of refurbishment, repair, improvement and modernisation projects across residential and non-residential buildings. Typical works may include internal and external decoration, cyclical redecoration, surface preparation, making good, protective coatings and associated preparatory works. Projects awarded under this workstream may support planned maintenance, property improvement, modernisation and wider asset management programmes.. LHCPG will appoint a maximum of 10 Appointed Companies for this Lot in each regional area, subject to sufficient Qualifying Bidders. Four places are reserved for eligible Micro and Small Enterprises and form part of, not an addition to, the maximum of 10. Unfilled reserved places will revert to the general ranking. No reserve list will operate.
