TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of this public contract is the performance of design services for the following buildings: i. north-west garages with a green roof, ii. north-east garages with a green roof, iii. north-west arcades and canopies, iv. north-east arcades and canopies, v. back houses – arcades and canopies. The scope of performance also includes preparation of documentation for the removal of the garages, including engineering activities, and obtaining permits for the removal of the structure and documentation for the execution of the removal of the structure. The design services include an intensive green roof over the buildings of the new garages with an area of approximately 7,500 m2.
