TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the provision of transport services in scheduled services pursuant to Sections 42 and 43 of the Passenger Transport Act (Personenbeförderungsgesetz, PBefG). This is a vehicle schedule/rotation in the town of Hemmingen, Ortsteil Arnum, with approximately 105,000 vehicle-kilometres of operation per year. The reason is a prematurely advanced construction site in the main road through Arnum (Ortsdurchfahrt Arnum). The transport services will be awarded for the period from 16.11.2026 to 11.12.2027. The contracting authority has a special termination right if the construction site is completed early. There is an option to extend the contract if the construction site takes longer. The special termination right and the option must be exercised by the contracting authority within a notice period of one month.
