TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this award procedure is the provision of transport services in scheduled services pursuant to Sections 42 and 43 of the Passenger Transport Act (Personenbeförderungsgesetz, PBefG). This concerns a vehicle rotation in the town of Hemmingen, Arnum district, with approximately 105,000 bus operating vehicle kilometres per year. The reason is an early construction site in the town centre of Arnum. The driving/service services are to be awarded for the period from 16.11.2026 to 11.12.2027. The contracting authority has a special right of termination if the construction site is completed ahead of schedule. There is an option to extend the contract if the construction site takes longer. The special right of termination and the option must be exercised by the contracting authority with a notice period of one month.
