TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the Regional-Stadtbahn Neckar-Alb Module 1 project, the substructure for a new pedestrian and cycle path overpass was built in advance at the future stop Tübingen goods rail station. The underpass crosses the tracks in the north at Schaffhausenstraße at the intersection of Brückenstraße and in the south at Hanna-Bernheim-Straße in the area of Max-Löwenstein-Weg. Access to the pedestrian underpass in the south is via a 65 m long ramp along Max-Löwenstein-Weg and a stairway. In the north, access is via a cycle ramp, a stairway and a lift. For commissioning, the surfaces in the approach area and on the ramp itself must be constructed. - Forecourts at Schaffhausenstraße and Hanna-Bernheim-Straße with: - surfacing works in the pedestrian underpass and the associated - surfacing works on Hanna-Bernheim-Straße, Max-Löwenstein-Weg and the - lighting of the outdoor area including - planting works at the ramp facility Max-Löwenstein-Weg.
